Use self-deployed Postgres for streaming Rudderstack infrastructure

Hi team,
I wonder that Rudder allows to using other Postgres for streaming instead of packed Postgres. I cannot find any documents or configs to connect to other Postgres, also cannot find any documents about I have to use internal Postgres.

Hi Team, Even I am looking for the same use case, where I am planning to deploy rudderstack on EKS with custom RDS (Postgres instance). Can someone help me here on this issue.
