Replace current security-related email with a more generic one

@jordimassaguerpla - I see that you provide/pay for rubysec.com web domain so can you please add "security@rubysec.com" for security-related emails so we can have a official email (not contact with one person) for this type of emails.

Also please add the rubysec owners (
