シミュレータ環境で首と腰のcontroller_stateがpublishされない場合がある #155

不具合の概要

シミュレータ実行時に、/waist_yaw_controller/controller_stateと/neck_controller/controller_stateがpublishされない場合があります。

実行環境

OS: Ubuntu22.04
ソフトのバージョン: 02182bb

再現方法

ros2 launch sciurus17_gazebo sciurus17_with_table.launch.py を実行する
ros2 topic hz /waist_yaw_controller/controller_state を実行する
トピックをサブスクライブできない

期待する動作

/waist_yaw_controller/controller_stateがpublishされる

その他

このトピックはカメラサンプルで使用されます
そもそも定期publishされるトピックなのか調査必要です
