When requesting or creating a breakpoint that will cover the whole viewport, we want to...

  1. leave the @content unhandled
  2. @warn that no breakpoint was created, because it would have no effect and why it has no effect

Examples:

@include break.out(list.nth(break.$horizontal-names, 1))
@include break.out(list.nth(break.$horizontal-sizes, 1))
