optimize the performance of pyter

Hi guys,

I am using 'pyter' library to calculate TER (translation edit rate). I want to improve the processing time of this library because when the ref and hyp sentence is short the response is quick (calculate ter quick). But when ref and hyp is longer it takes too much time and the my post request goes in pending state.
I am giving ref and hyp sentence in loop.

I would be highly thankful if someboday help me because i am struggling with this issue from one month.
