The bot doesn't work now

Describe the bug
I joined the bot and got no response for all commands.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Join the bot as a new member
2. Use commands
3. Got no reponse

Expected behavior
It should have response.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows
• Version: Telegram Desktop 4.1.1

Hey, I know you may do not maintained this bot anymore. I got this project while searching to learn something about how to write a telegram bot using java. Any recommend articles/websites/projects for beginners? Thank you. (Already read the starter guide for Java telegrambots library)
