Autocomplete widget example

Per discussion w/implementation group:

Previous idea was to implement suggest API based on https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/search-suggesters.html. Rather than taking this approach, we will focus on developing a canonical ROR widget that does autocomplete, modeled after implementation in Open Funder Registry.
