[feature-request] Filter options on Incidents Page

Description

It would be nice if we had a filter component on the Incidents Page, so that we could filter incidents by fields like status, severity, teams, etc. Maybe this component could be similar to the one present at backstage's Home / Catalog page, where we can filter components by kind, type, and other attributes.
