It appears to me that showing pages and their child pages by menu order isn't grouping correctly.

I would naturally expect all child pages that have their own ordering be grouped together when outputting a entire list of all pages and subpages, but it seems they're being merged into one level list and then ordered by their ordering, causing lots of misplaced items.
