Sndcpy is installed on phone but says,"Waiting for connection " #277

when i run sndcpy.bat file it installs the sndcpy app on mobile but then nothing happens on phone and the sndcpy app says waiting for connection. The terminal closes after "waiting for 2 seconds(countdown),press any key to continue"
