[Task]: Discuss hosting options with IFRC ICT Jordan focal point

Ideally, JNRCS will host this instance of HIA as part of their own domain (like we suggested and tried with Hungary but that they didn't have capacity for).

The IFRC ICT focal point has been heavily involved in this process so far, and she is best placed to start discussing the options and procedures for hosting HIA with.

Costs are a very important consideration for the National Society, so this will be good to shed some light on as well.
