So that all editors have the same experience,
And all code can expect the same content,
And there is less variation/surprise in the system.

To Do

Find a way to describe all features (in code? in documentation?)
Find a way to automate the application of these features (in code)
Balance freedom/strictness in sheets for versatility/resilience (documentation)
Describe all features of a sheet
Apply all features to all sheets
