Device Queues Not Shown if using ATMI #4

When we profile an atmi application with rocm-profiler, we are unable to see any HW device queues when viewing the atp file in CodeXL.

Application: helloword_dGPU (attached)
ATP file also attached.
Using Radeon Compute Profiler (rcprof) 64 bits - V5.0.6304

Command line: rcprof --hsatrace ./hello

apitrace.atp.tar.gz

helloworld_dGPU.tar.gz
