Cannot install ROCm-Debugger #10

In the installation instructions, it mentioned ROCm debugger is installed as part of ROCm installation. However I'm not able to find related packages get installed in my system. I can't seem to find either rocm-gpudebugsdk_amd64.deb or rocm-gdb_amd64.deb as well.
