Process Checkout on PWA

First of all, amazing work! I love how fast and simple is this solution. I was thinking about Checkout, which is currently not supported by Woocommerce REST API, but there are a lot of solution for this.

For example How to Process Payments with the WooCommerce REST API and Stripe

Maybe you can think about some workaround on this.
