Vote results:

  1. proposal: use Jekyll/GitHub Pages _temporarily_ to build a website for this material #50 passed (@gvwilson will implement).
  2. proposal: Prohibit external packages #46 did not pass.
  3. Please add comments to discuss: how to manage inter-chapter dependencies? #54 with ideas for managing inter-chapter dependencies.
  4. All contributors are asked to add some notes to their subdirectories by April 29 so that we can finalize [sic] chapter order.
