Warn user that Mail signature placement option set to interfere with QuoteFix

Hi, Thanks for the awesome QuoteFix plugin. One thing I just ran into that took longer to realize the problem than I would have liked was the issue of top-quoting and signature placement you discuss on the FAQ, quoted below. If there was a way for QuoteFix to display on its main settings tab that this attribute is set and potentially interferes with other QuoteFix settings, that would be very helpful.

Why does my own signature appear at the top of each reply?

Because Mail.app is set to do so :-) (by the way, this setting will also cause the cursor to be placed at the top of the new mail message, irrespective of the setting Move cursor to top of document after QuoteFixing).

You can turn this off by unchecking the Place signature above quoted text option in the Signatures preferences.

Hey @houchin! That's a pretty good idea, although I'll have to check and see if I can read Mail preferences from my plugin (I probably can, but never tried).
