Lost last point when change drawing measurement tools

In case of line or polygon measurements or drawing there is a bug:

Example:
Start polygon measurement with GPS points (Add Vertex tool),
Colect some few,
Then need to measure f.ex river border and switch to Track tool.
Now the last measured point with Add Vertex tool is lost.

The same happens if I start with Digitize tool an switch to Add vertex or vice versa.
I.e. looks like it happens when a tool is changed.
