Fetch and display all user's catalogs using RMRKCatalogFactory

Currently unless you saved the address of a catalog, there's no way to see them all.

Describe the solution you'd like
Fetch all user's catalogs from RMRKCatalogFactory contract and display them for user to choose to edit alongside option to deploy a new one

Describe alternatives you've considered
Important to note that catalog factory will only return catalogs deployed through it. If catalog was deployed manually or outside of catalog factory, then there's no way to fetch catalogs from chain. An simple subsquid indexer can be used using subsquid. But let's start with catalog factory
