Add SurrealDB as an alternative to FoundationDB

Would there be any chance to support SurrealDB? It's multimodal and supports HA mode through TiKV.
It will simplify the case of developing Agents with Knowledge Graphs enhanced RAG and make the tech stack cleaner.
