Barlines are missing from rendered files

We are rendering our incipits with the Verovio app and noticed in the last few days that all of our incipits now show up with no barlines between measures and those that have lyrics are showing the lyrics pushed up above the top staff line. Here's an image of one item

(and page link), but this is happening everywhere. Repo is here - https://github.com/annakijas1/rebalancing-music-canon/tree/main. We checked it in Chrome (PC) and Firefox (Mac) and it does the same thing.

It should appear with barlines and text like this:
