KettleEnvironment.Init(false) takes 1 minute every time when web request is sent.

I'm writing a web service wrapper which in turn calls Pentaho API to invoke the kettle jobs.

I am using the jar file and invoking the jar as a service. It takes 1 minute and 30 seconds to execute. is there a way it can be initialized only once and used for other request.
