Zce is listed mandatory and D-extension as optional. This implies the D-extension can never be implemented.

As it turns out, only Zcd is incompatible with Zce. D itself isn't incompatible with Zce unless C is also specified, as D + C implies Zcd. D + Zca (or D + Zce) doesn't imply Zcd.

This is an odd corner of the ISA space that probably isn't comprehended by all of the simulator and toolchain infrastructure, but the profile doc is technically in the right.
