Not a bug really just conflict on WIN install

If you say have installed the game on drive A in windows

Then setup Rimpy the symlink is made

Now if you for some dumb reason forget you changed the location of the steam library fold to Drive B

You keep getting an error that the download are failing but no reason for it to fail

So you waste several hours reinstalling rimworld and all dlc to find why it is not working

Then the whole config folder and Rimpy gives no errors but still fails

Then you delete Rimpy as it seem to be bugged and reinstall it for it to tell you

This will create a symlink to the steamdb folder and rimworld's mod folder

Then you realize why it keeps failing with no errors other than it failed to download and make a report here
