  1. Create a Folder called "Something"
  2. Navigate to that folder by creating any file and then previewing it.
  3. While having the folder "Something" as context, click Add New -> Component
  4. Observe that it creates the component in a new top level directory called "components".

I would expect that it would create the file within the folder I'm currently in.
