Does bit7z currently support SFX file creation?

Hi! Sorry for the late reply.
Unfortunately no.
As far as I know, SFX file creation is handled by the 7-Zip CLI, so the DLLs do not provide a direct method of creating SFX archives that bit7z can use.
I may add support in the future, by replicating what the CLI does.
