Data license, OpenStreetMap

I found the endpoint https://moody-backend-273918.uc.r.appspot.com/campusArt/allArt in the code and I'd like to add the artworks listed to OpenStreetMap. I don't see a data license specified in here, so I'd like to ask: may I use the data from the endpoint and add it to OSM? OSM is open data and is licensed under the ODbL.

I'd hold off from using any of the moody art data for a couple weeks; not because you can't, but because the Moody Center needs to update the location of some of the art pieces.

In terms of using the data, if you are just scraping the data to store on some other mapping service, I don't personally see an issue (at the end of the day, this data is in the public domain). But I'd refrain from calling any of the APIs constantly.
