After creation of a redirect return to the error page instead of the redirects page

When a site is overhauled there are a lot of 404's that need to be handled. At the moment when I create the redirect I am led to the redirects page when finished.

I'd rather be returned to the dashboard again to process the next 404 of the list.

It would even be better if there was an option to choose where I want go after creating a redirect, just like in the collection pages (Go to, Dashboard, Go to redirect listing, do nothing by example).

Further:

• When choosing '410 Gone' I still have to fill in the Destination field, why?
• In some cases in the handled rows the 'handled' icon stays red and the destination column stays empty after creating the redirect.
