Add a Submit Button by Default to New Forms

Seems like it would make sense to add this by default since 99.999% of the time it will be needed. People can then delete it if necessary.

Agreed. What would the exception be? Perhaps multi-page forms?

I'm sure there are many exceptions, though they're probably uncommon. For example, it may be that somebody creates a specialized submit button (e.g., an image button) and so they don't use the default button field type.
