Plain JavaScript Template - Promise Dependency

Seems like anybody who wants to build the plain JavaScript template will need to have the promiscuous NPM dependency available. Might want to either document that, or change it so that isn't necessary (e.g., by bundling the dependency directly with Formulate).

I suppose another option would be to include a package.json and/or publish it on NPM.
