Piper TTS built into an Android C++ shared library

I want to use Piper TTS in my Android app which is purely C++ developed. So I want to cross-compile piper for Android, with command as follows:

cmake -Bbuild -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=install \
  -DCMAKE_TOOLCHAIN_FILE=/.../android-ndk-r27/build/cmake/android.toolchain.cmake \
  -DANDROID_ABI=x86_64 \
  -DANDROID_PLATFORM=latest
cmake --build build --config Release
cd build && ctest --config Release
cmake --install build

But when running cmake --build build --config Release, errors happend:

How can I make it? Thanks for every help and suggestion.
