I'm assuming this is due to some defaults write call(s) occurring under the hood, but settings like these should be saved at install time and then restored at uninstall. Otherwise AirDrop is left in a broken state (attempting to enable it leads to a "this app could not be found"-type MacOS system popup.
Current resolution: re-install m-cli (if you remember that it's the reason you have the problem), m airdrop on, and re-uninstall m-cli.
Expected resolution: m-cli restores disabled subsystems and other defaults on m --uninstall
Can m --uninstall also be added as a brew remove hook? or is brew remove --zap equivalent?
