Roundhay school not showing up as both primary and secondary

As a consequence, it doesn't show up as a primary, only a secondary.

We can import this as two schools as a special case, but should we fix the data?

I think we should probably fix the data, especially since the two schools are on physically different campuses and we need a geographical point. qv Carr Manor, which appears as two schools - #14.

(note: this actually applies to four schools - all with a Phase of Secondary (Through School))
