Full AKS + OIDC Proxy Demo Provisioning

Description

As a Subscription or Resource Group Contributor, I would like to be able to provision a full OIDC proxy demo environment using an automated and parameterized script so that I may provision and test environment that uses an external IdP via the OIDC Proxy to provide RBAC into the AKS cluster.

Acceptance Criteria

• All user-modifiable values should be parameterized
• There should be clear and concise documentation on how to execute and test the script
• provide a script to test provisioned resources once complete

• Azure only solution
