Azure Infrastructure Provisioning

Description

As a subscription/resource group Contributor I would like to provision the required AKS infrastructure to support application provisioning in an AKS cluster so that I may setup required security infrastructure and applications.

Acceptance Criteria

• Should provision AKS, DNS Zone, and any other required Azure resources to support the OIDC proxy and related applications
• Settings for should be paramterized (e.g., resource prefix, resource group, and subdomain names)

Constraints

• Azure only infrastructure automation
• Limit to fiveonetwo.us root domain
