Provisioning the OIDC Proxy in AKS

Description

As an AKS administrator, I would provision and configure 3rd party OIDC authenticated RBAC enabled access to an AKS cluster so that I may provide secure access to cluster resources to end-users via an external Identity Provider.

Acceptance Criteria

• Should be able to apply the configuration on existing clusters
• Required parameters and settings should be well documented
• Should be able to test with a script
• should be able to retrieve credentials via the CLI and use kubectl with acquired credentials
