As an AKS administrator, I would provision and configure 3rd party OIDC authenticated RBAC enabled access to an AKS cluster so that I may provide secure access to cluster resources to end-users via an external Identity Provider.
Acceptance Criteria
Should be able to apply the configuration on existing clusters
Required parameters and settings should be well documented
Should be able to test with a script
should be able to retrieve credentials via the CLI and use kubectl with acquired credentials
