It's almost time for the 0.19 self-triage event.

The goal is to unclog the issue backlog by looking at the issues that you specifically authored, and clean up what can be cleaned up.

TODO:

  • Come up with a github query that only lists issues from non-rerun employees, so we can have a dedicated triage pass for those too
