chore: Deployment process can be improved

Currently the private hosted chartsmith.ai is deployed with GitOps using the files in the /kustomize directory, configured with custom settings.

There is the beginnings of a Helm chart, but it is not yet being used. The irony is not lost on us 😉 remember this is a very early project in active development with lots of areas to improve, and this is one of them 😄

Dagger may not be the best choice for deployment now that this is an open source project. CC @dydx
