Add light styling options to the conversation content

As a user,
I would like to be able to do some basic highlighting and formatting of my post.
so that they can be rendered nicely on the site for other members.

Something lightweight and minimal like the Github issue editor is pretty nice. An html editor instead of a markdown editor.
