Operation from Multiple location (in different location/different districts) ~ center_id. For example, University of Jafna has several faculties/campus. So, they can operate from multiple locations. You should let user to add their locations. And it would be good if each location can maintain individual resources if possible. Initially you can start with a single location if needed.
