Have you considered making version descriptions and management on github?

貌似官网的版本要比github的快一些，另外之前docker部署出现过的无法注册登录的问题已经修复，我也是看了issue才发现重新部署就ok了

有考虑在github也做版本说明和管理嘛🥹
