Remove section and automatic select payment method based on whats active in Reepay

@dimaspolohov Reepay Admin, yes. When initiating a payment session you can control which payments should be visible with the payment method argument in the create charge session API or create recurring session. If this payment method argument is not used, Reepay will default to the setup you have done in Reepay Admin. So basically we just need to remove this selection (in the screenshot) in Wordpress and the functions behind it.
