Create a Standalone Quick Start Page

I want to create a landing page that we can send people to for getting started with Redwood quickly and easily.

Right now, the general flow is to send people to the tutorial. This is a fantastic resource, but can be overwhelming for a first time user. This newly created quick start page page would provide easy instructions on getting up and running and a simple task to show off Redwood's functionality.

Assuming the user wants to know more, then they could send them to the Tutorial.
