Pandaproxy error code meanings?

For the http responses, I will get something like {"offsets":[{"partition":0,"error_code":3,"offset":-1}]}, and I don't seem to be able to find any error code docs. Is this something that might just be elusive?

I'm pretty sure they should be from the Kafka protocol: https://kafka.apache.org/protocol#protocol_error_codes
