glob pattern does not support exlusions

Hi, AFAIK it is not possible to exclude a specific file from a glob pattern, or is it?

I need to include all yaml files from all subfolders -> e.g. folder/**/*.yaml, but exclude all global.yaml files. Is this possible, please?
