Summary

I have removed one EE from config as code, and noticed it was not removed from AAP.
Upon further investigation I found out that the list coming from the API is empty, as it seems it is filtered by organisation id:

While our execution environments are all "Globally available", and not assigned to a specific organisation.
I remember this was working before, not really sure.
