Documentation references non-existent SubEntry::builder()

Several documentation examples reference SubEntry::builder(), which doesn't exist. Is the plan to add a builder in the future, or should those be updated to use SubEntry::new()?

I think SubEntry is simple enough that providing only new() is sufficient. So the documentation should be updated accordingly.
