Add test to verify download progress notifications during client reset

Create a test to verify that any download progress notifications that are registered while a client reset has been started will receive the download progress notifications of the fresh realm download sync session during the client reset.

• Streaming requests registered before or any time while the fresh realm is being downloaded will receive the download notifications for the fresh realm download.
• Non-streaming requests registered immediately before or during the fresh realm download will receive the download notifications for the fresh realm transfer and will stop once the fresh realm download is complete and progress has reached 1.0.
