能否把检测更新和更新操作在App端做下实现 #260

我们是集成式的RN接入，首页较复杂，不会用RN实现，希望能把热更新操作在native端实现，能否提供开发下native侧触发更新的功能

js端调用的都是native端的同名方法（Pushy.xxxxx都是在native端实现的），可以对照调用
