支持解除包绑定的版本 #1

特定的时候（如误操作等等）可能会需要解除包的绑定版本，此时应有如下体验：

1、如用户未更新过，此时检测时应提示已经更新到最新
2、如果用户已经更新过，此时检测时应提示可以更新，此时无需下载更新，直接切换到包版本。
